Demi Lovato needs to give her heart—and her body—a break.
As the 33-year-old prepares to go on her It’s Not That Deep tour, her first since 2022, she announced she’ll be scaling back some of the dates and locations.
“My Lovatics,” she began a Feb. 10 Instagram Story, “I am so excited to get back on stage this year and visit you in as many cities as I can. While starting to prepare for the tour, I realized that I have overextended what may be possible.”
“To protect my health,” she added, “and ensure I can give you my all at each show, I need to build in more time to rest and rehearse and ultimately adjust to a schedule with some more time off that will allow me to handle the entire run of the tour.”
Demi shared she’s canceling her performances in Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Denver, as well as pushing Orlando—which was originally scheduled as her second stop—back three days and making it the tour’s kick off.
