Drew Barrymore on Sex on Airplane, Joining Mile High Club

Drew Barrymore had some fun while she was going the distance.

Indeed, the Drew Barrymore Show host confessed she is a member of the mile high club, explaining that she was initiated into the fold while on a commercial flight.

“American Airlines,” Drew told guest Kaley Cuoco on the Feb. 9 episode of her eponymous talk show. She also noted the maneuvering of the act wasn’t difficult, instead saying that it “worked well.”

“It was in the bathroom,” the 50-year-old continued, before appearing shocked. “Did I say that out loud?”

But while Drew may have been taken aback by her own candor, Kaley—who said she has not joined the club—was not at all surprised to learn that the 50 First Dates actress was a card-carrying member.

“I figured!” the Big Bang Theory alum admitted. “You’re a wild child.”

Prior to her chat with Kaley, Drew—mom to daughters Olive, 13, and Frankie, 11, with ex-husband Will Kopelman—had discussed her experience of having sex on an airplane before, describing why the act has so much lore surrounding it.
